Robin Mayfield is an Internist and Pediatrician, and the principal of Beacon Primary Medicine, a primary care private practice in Brookline, Massachusetts, where she provides primary care for children and adults. After graduating from Swarthmore College and Harvard Medical School, she trained in general surgery at the University of California San Francisco and subsequently in internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of Massachusetts. Clinically, she has more than 20 years’ experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, and adult, neonatal, and pediatric hospitalist medicine. She specializes in caring for adult survivors of congenital disorders such as congenital heart disorders, sickle cell anemia, leukemias, and pulmonary illnesses.
