Joaquin Rodriguez helped establish and manage Dr. Kishore’s clinics in the Western Massachusetts cities of Springfield and Holyoke, between 2001 and 2011. Joaquin was a program manager at Commonwealth Care Alliance. He moved to Massachusetts in 1990 from NYC, where he was a heroin addict on his way to self destruction. He witnessed first-hand the devastating effect the sudden closing of Dr. Kishore’s clinics had on many patients in the area.
